Cut the leftover cake into large pieces and place in a bowl. Add juice and softened butter and knead everything into a smooth mass. If necessary, add another 1-2 tablespoons of juice. Using an ice cream scoop, cut off about 15 balls of the same size, press together with your hands into round balls and roll. Chill on a piece of baking paper for approx. 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, roughly chop the couverture and melt it in a bowl over a hot water bath. Take the balls out of the refrigerator. Dip the cake pop skewers approx. ½ cm deep on one side and press a stick into each ball of dough. Chill again for 20 minutes.

More is really not possible!

The Superbox from Super Streusel leaves nothing to be desired! You can design your cake pops very differently and have the right decoration for every occasion!

Prepare 2-3 tall glasses with sugar. Lay out sugar pearls, coconut flakes, etc. Dip the balls one at a time in the couverture, drain a little and sprinkle as desired. Carefully insert into the glass at a distance and let it cool completely. Chill until serving.

Just prepare 2 days in advance!

The cake pops stay nice and juicy thanks to the juice and the couverture and can be prepared up to 2 days in advance. Instead of whole milk couverture, you can also use white couverture or fat glaze for dipping.
